Please Help U.S. Mail Delivery
Letter carriers must navigate parked cars, trucks and trashcans in order to deliver mail to our residential mailboxes. We have been asked to help speed deliveries by locating trash collection containers away from the mailbox. Please place your trashcans at the curb on driveways, lawns or other flat surfaces. Please keep them out of the street and at least 5 feet from your mailbox.
Special Notice – Exterior Modifications
If you are going to be doing any repairs or changes to the outside of your house (even painting it the same color!), you must submit a HOA Alteration Application. This includes items like new windows, fences, pools and roof shingles. The application should be submitted to the HOA Management Company(Sentry Management).
